This year the webshop will be a little different than the past view years. We are trying to make it customer friendly as possible for you as an exhibitor. At the moment you are able to enter the webshop and buy extra services for your stand. In the month of April we will launch the configurator and you will be able to view and design your stand.
The webshop will assist you with all the services offered by A-Booth: Furniture, Audio Visual, Graphics, Lighting and Floral. Our dedicated team is happy and ready to assist if you have any questions.
When the configurator and the webshop will come together you will not only be able to buy extra services for your stand. You will also be able to design your stand and see it with a 3D view at any time. This will give you an impression of how your stand will look like at the event and allow you to make the necessary adjustments.
Please note that Meeting Suites, Balcony suites, Enhanced and Space only won’t see their stand because your package has a more custom design requirement, but you will be able to use the configurator for ordering extra services.
Additional orders can be placed at any time. Items placed in your stand are automatically saved and remain in your shopping cart. Please be aware that if you change your type of stand, all orders will automatically be cancelled and need to be re-ordered.

Please note, this year, the deadline for additional orders is 10 July 2020. Any orders placed after the 10th of July will incur a 15% surcharge.
Any changes to your stand layout, carpet, lighting and graphics after 21 Augustus 2020, will result in overall additional costs (with a minimum of € 100,00) and will only be possible through contacting our service team firstname.lastname@example.org
All additional electrical supplies should to be ordered through the Amsterdam RAI Exhibitor Services directly at email@example.com
